Traveling through the Eastern Townships, to the city of Sherbrooke, and on to Centre-du-Quebec was the longest part of our trip, both on off-road bike paths and old railroad grades.  We got to stay at some interesting places and really enjoyed Mt. Orford Park (where we should have stayed for a couple of days).
